The Significance of the Determinate Religions

My book, Hegel's Interpretation of the Religions of the World: The Logic of the Gods, represents many years of research. I was motivated to undertake the project for two main reasons. First, it struck me that Hegel's treatment of the non-western religions was a fascinating but yet generally neglected part of Hegel studies. Second, I believed that this topic was also highly relevant for today's globalized world which is characterized by religious diversity and conflict.
